Anticipating market conditions, in 2010 Alcopack launched its own production of polymer T-Top caps. Thanks to the modern development of the chemical industry, and the latest innovations in the sphere of foamed thermoplastic processing, it has become possible to create corking device with excellent mechanical properties, that ensure optimal sliding of products during sealing, as well as elasticity and resistance to wear.

The use of high—quality raw materials in the production of a compound made of copolymers and elastomers allows for a high degree of chemical inertness and makes it suitable for use as a sealing device that can come into contact with food, without emitting any foreign odors.

To date, only a few companies in the world, including Alcopack, have mastered the technology of producing high-quality polymer T-Tops. The production facilities use modern Italian equipment, such as carousel injection molding machines equipped with touch screens that allow operators to easily adjust injection parameters.

Konoplyanka, TM is a strong drink that organically combines naturalness, thanks to its unique preparing technology. The two-component polymer T-Top is made using a patented casting technology in a combination of two colors and decorated with relief molding on the top and side surface of the leg.
